Accompagnement

An outdoor design project. How do you go about it?  

To study your project and to create it together, one of our technical sales people will visit you at home. You can tell them what you need and, based on your requirements, our expert will be able to advise you precisely by taking your budget, your expectations and your ideas into account. This visit will also be an opportunity for our expert to take initial measurements of your outdoor area to offer you the most optimal solution.

After this appointment, you'll have time to study the detailed quote for your project.  

Once you've chosen your solution, a quantity surveyor will come to take precise measurements and fine-tune details before launching production of your product. 

Worth knowing: For a pool enclosure or a pergola with height of over 1.80 m, you will be required to request and submit a building permit or works permit. Your technical sales contact will be on hand to support you in the administrative formalities by asking our Design Office to provide you with the plans you need.  

Your project has now begun! The measurements are analysed by our Design Office to check compliance prior to manufacturing. Count 6 to 8 weeks' manufacturing time before your product is delivered*. A specialized installer will come to assemble your pool enclosure, unless you wish to do it yourself. This expert will check that all standards are complied with and that everything is perfectly tailored. 

Our technical-sales person, who is your first contact, will remain your key contact person and will be able to answer all your queries throughout your project. This expert will come back to your home once the solution has been installed to make sure that everything works correctly and get your feedback about the service provided.

* Leadtimes will be specified when you conclude your contract. They depend, in particular, on any compliance required for the project work. Our Planning Department will arrange the date with you.

Peace of mind,  even when bad weather gets in the way...  

Has your pool enclosure or cover been damaged due to severe weather: storm, hailstones? Abrisud supports you for your insurance. If your product is less than 50% damaged, it can be renewed, otherwise we will send you a quote for an identical replacement and you'll also be able to trade in your old enclosure or cover.
