Step 1 – Defining the Project
We begin by designing the project and identifying the solution that best meets Régine and Laurent's needs and expectations. Every aspect is carefully assessed, including installation requirements, budget and technical constraints. Once the project's feasibility has been confirmed, it is formalised through an order confirmation bringing together all the key project information.

Step 2 – Tailoring the Project
A specialist survey technician visits the site to take all the necessary measurements. This information is then forwarded to our design office, where the bespoke carport is engineered before moving into production.

Step 3 – Installation Planning
An installation date is agreed with Régine and Laurent. Our teams then take care of the delivery and complete installation of the carport directly at their home.

Step 4 – Follow-Up & After-Sales Service
Once the carport has been installed, our after-sales team remains available to help our customers get the most out of their new installation and answer any questions they may have. They are also provided with comprehensive documentation covering the carport's technical specifications, the selected options, and detailed guidance on its operation and maintenance.
