Nicolas and his family were looking for a pool enclosure that would blend seamlessly into their outdoor space while preserving the available living area.

They chose a low telescopic pool enclosure, spanning the full width of the pool, to benefit from its many advantages: an extended swimming season, naturally warmer pool water, and enhanced pool safety.

The Client's Challenges, Expectations and Constraints

The client wanted a configuration with the pool enclosure positioned along the length of the pool in order to maximise the available space. Their priority was to install a discreet, low-profile enclosure that would fit seamlessly within the constraints of their property boundaries.

A discreet and ultra-low telescopic pool enclosure. We proposed a solution perfectly tailored to the client's expectations and project requirements.

Step 1 – Defining the Project
Together, we define the project and identify the solution that best meets the client's needs and expectations. Every key aspect of the project is discussed, including installation, budget and technical constraints. Once the feasibility of the project has been confirmed by both parties, the order is validated, bringing together all the essential information required for the project.
Step 2 – Tailoring the Project
To meet the specific requirements of Nicolas's project, a fully bespoke approach is adopted. A specialist technician visits the site to take all the necessary measurements. These details are then passed on to our design office, which develops the project before moving on to production.
Step 3 – Planning and Installation
An installation date is agreed with Nicolas for his telescopic pool enclosure. Our installation team then takes care of the delivery, assembly and commissioning of the enclosure directly at the client's home.
Step 4 – After-Sales Service
Once the enclosure has been installed, our after-sales service remains available to answer any questions that may arise. Our aim is also to support our customers in getting the most out of their product and becoming familiar with its operation. We provide a complete set of detailed documentation covering all the technical aspects of the product, the available options, as well as guidance on the operation and maintenance of the telescopic pool enclosure.
