She began working in enclosures in 1993 in the company Aqua Simplex bought by Abrisud 15 years later. Sophie puts people first. Because Sophie is indeed the "mother" of a whole team of men.
"I manage the personnel side of the job. I do the job interviews, I accompany the installers in their administrative procedures" .
Sophie loves her job, but above all, her role is to help and support the teams of installers before their departure and on their return. "I am at the reception every Monday at 6 am for the breakfast offered by the company. I want to make sure that they don't drive their trucks on an empty stomach. The morning is also dedicated to their administrative tasks, clocking in, IT support and I help those who need it to draft their expense reports. I also manage absences and sick leave. I also have to find temporary staff for the replacements".
Sophie works in direct contact with the HR division of the head office located at Isle Jourdain. She travels there regularly. Bubbly and dynamic, she juggles between staff and administration with great autonomy. “I organise my days and know my priorities. I'm proud to work for a high-quality product”, she concludes.
